When I went through relationship and identity struggles a few years ago, counseling was how I was able to discover who I was always meant to be, a life coach. It is my greatest hope to impact others in the same way through encouragement, love, compassion, empathy and faith. From that faith-based aspect, I would like to shine Christ onto those I work with and give them hope in any and all situations they face. I will work to build faith, hope, love and trust in each of my clients, and through that relationship we both will gain the belief in ourselves and the momentum to move forward. It is my utmost belief that God created us to need others, so I hope that those I get the honor of coaching will leave each session being reminded that they are not alone, and that it is okay to ask for help. We were never meant to endure life alone.
I was born and raised here in Lubbock, Texas where I graduated from Monterey High School. I went on to attend South Plains College where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Human Sciences. After over a decade of working as a coordinator at Texas Tech University, I decided to go back to school part-time in order to obtain my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, our wonderful extended family, and friends.
