Our History

Roark Kerr & Associates Christian Life Coaching started from Roark Christian Counseling, a project Bradley began in Columbia, Missouri. After getting his counseling degree in 2008, Bradley started Roark Christian Counseling and later moved to his hometown of Lubbock in 2014. Seeing the need for a team effort to change lives, Bradley looked for a partner. In the early years, Bradley provided Christian counseling services to individuals and families in Lubbock, TX, helping them through life's challenges with a faith-based approach. His dedication to clients and desire to make a positive impact drove him to expand.

In 2018, Sara Kerr began training with Bradley, hoping to join the RCC team and become his business partner. She studied hard to become a Certified Life Coach. Sara wanted to empower others and guide them towards personal growth and fulfillment. She learned effective techniques to help individuals identify goals and overcome obstacles. Sara's empathy and ability to connect with people made her a valuable asset to the faith-based therapists in Lubbock, Texas. In 2020, Sara achieved her Life Coaching Certification and completed training under Bradley's guidance. This marked the start of a strong partnership, as Bradley and Sara combined their skills to offer a range of counseling services. Together, they created a supportive environment where clients could explore potential, develop healthy coping, and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose. Their approach ensured each client received personalized attention and strategies for their unique needs.

In 2023, Bradley and Sara established Roark Kerr & Associates Christian Counseling & Coaching. This marked a new chapter reflecting their shared vision, guided by a divine hand. On October 2, 2024, Bradley met his savior face-to-face. He left a legacy of hope, compassion, empathy, faith, and love behind through his family, friends, and clients. It is our deepest desire at Roark Kerr & Associates Christian Life Coaching to continue exchanging Hope for Hopelessness and being a safe place for our community or anyone we come in contact with in person or virtually.
